Chairman’s Reserve 1931 is a tribute to over 80 years of Saint Lucian rum-making. A blend of Coffey and pot still distillates, it combines molasses-based rums with a touch of fresh sugar cane juice rum. Aged 7–12 years in American bourbon and port casks, it offers a rich, complex profile.

Tasting notes 🥃
Medium gold with a bronze rim. Aromas of sweet raisins, toasty oak, leather, spice, and tobacco. The palate is rich with sultanas, crème caramel, and buttery oak, leading to a long finish of sweet fruit, dry tannins, and grassy cane notes.
