Tasting notes 🍋
Vanilla buttercream cookies and soft malt open the nose, followed by milk chocolate and a fresh lift of lemon zest. In the background, a subtle savoury note emerges, like beef bouillon or meat braised in butter. Food-friendly and complex without being heavy, it pairs beautifully with oxtail soup to enhance the umami, or lemon cake to highlight the citrus.
