A classic London Dry gin distilled with water sourced from the Veluwe national park in the Netherlands, prized for its natural purity and filtration. TopHat uses exclusively fresh lemons rather than dried peel — a deliberate choice to avoid the metallic or bitter notes that dried citrus can introduce, resulting in a brighter, cleaner citrus character. Juniper-forward on the nose with fragrant pine, softened by lemon and lavender and a delicate violet undertone. The palate leads with juniper and coriander, followed by the warmth of sage and a mid-palate sweetness balanced with citrus. The finish is lasting — liquorice, cracked black pepper and subtle spice. A well-built, consistent London Dry with Dutch provenance. Serve in a G&T with cucumber and fresh rosemary.
