Having a decade long nap in one of our char #5 Kelvin Cooperage 53 gallon barrels, we've bottled this blazing beauty that reached an eye-watering proof of 141. Distilled with 100% Virginian corn, we're answering the question, What does Virginia taste like?

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Luxardo cherries dominate with spicey notes of clove and oak. Buttered pecans, brown sugar, and tobacco round it off.
Palate: A sweet trio of vanilla, burnt caramel, and cordial cherries blend with spicy black pepper and soft notes of cacao nibs.
Finish: Lingering notes of leather and charred oak evolve to an end of amaretto and allspice.
