About the product 🌵
Madre Cuishe is a Pinchudo mezcal made with respect for the land and the people behind it. Agaves are hand-selected at peak maturity in Unión Zapata, Oaxaca, then slow-roasted in underground ovens and double-distilled in small copper stills. Built for bars that want the real thing.
Tasting notes 👃
Artisanal mezcal character built from long-matured agaves, slow-roasting, natural fermentation and copper distillation. Expect a rich, smoky core with concentrated agave sweetness, earthy depth and a dry, structured finish that holds up in cocktails and neat pours.
About Jeronimo & Pinchudo 🤝
Pinchudo started with friends sharing a bottle and a story about Jeronimo in Oaxaca. Jeronimo is a third-generation maestro mezcalero who farms steep hillsides and lets agaves mature longer for fuller flavor. Pinchudo follows a fair-share model, reinvesting in his bottling and labeling facility.
