Holland's Milkman

A limited-release whiskey from Reservoir Distillery, finished in milk stout barrels sourced from select Richmond breweries. The base whiskey is drawn from the Reservoir core range and transferred into the stout casks for an additional 18 months of maturation, picking up rich, roasty character — chocolate, coffee and cream notes from the beer-barrel finish. A creative cross-category collaboration between Reservoir and Richmond's craft brewing scene, and the latest permanent addition to the Holland's lineup following the success of Holland's Ghost.

As with the rest of the Reservoir range, grains are Virginia-grown from within 45 miles of the distillery, matured in small barrels with the house signature alligator char, and produced via open-top fermentation of up to 11 days followed by slow pot-still double distillation. Described by the distillery as a "mealtime whiskey" — rich, full-bodied and built to pair with food.
