Pinchudo Espadín/Tobalá is an artesanal mezcal made with respect for land and people. Agaves are hand selected at peak maturity in Unión Zapata, slow roasted in underground volcanic rock ovens, crushed with tahona, naturally fermented, then double distilled in small copper stills.

Expect the rich, smoky depth associated with artesanal mezcal. Slow grown agaves from steep hills deliver concentrated character, with a fuller, richer profile. Serve neat for nuance, or in premium Mezcal Margaritas and modern agave forward cocktails.

About Pinchudo Mezcal 🤝
Pinchudo began with a bottle shared between friends and a story about Jeronimo in Oaxaca. Jeronimo is a third generation maestro mezcalero who reads fermentation by listening to the bubbling. They also follow a fair share principle, funding his bottling and labeling facility.
