Pinchudo Espadín/Cuishe is an artesanal mezcal made with respect for land and people. Agaves are hand selected at peak maturity in Unión Zapata, slow roasted in underground volcanic rock ovens, crushed with tahona, naturally fermented, then double distilled in small copper stills.

Aromas and flavour lean into classic artesanal mezcal character. Expect smoky depth from slow roasting, plus a concentrated agave core from mature, hand selected plants. Best neat for nuance, or as a premium base in agave forward cocktails.
About Pinchudo Mezcal 🤝
Pinchudo began with a bottle shared between friends and a story about Jeronimo in Oaxaca. Jeronimo is a third generation maestro mezcalero who reads fermentation by listening to the bubbling. They also follow a fair share principle, funding his bottling and labeling facility.
