Cypher Sparkling - Non alc wine

Cypher Sparkling N°1 is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc non-alcoholic sparkling wine with an exotic, silky, springlike nose. The palate opens bright and tangy, leading with pineapple and citrus — lemon in particular — before developing more vegetal notes and settling into a riper profile of white-fleshed fruit, lime blossom and verbena.

The fine bead carries the aromatics lightly across the palate and fades gently on the finish. A fresh, easy-drinking aperitif-style pour.
