About the product 🌵
Pinchudo Cuishe is an artesanal mezcal made with respect for the land and the people behind it, with a fair share mindset. Agaves are hand selected at peak maturity in Unión Zapata, Oaxaca, then slow roasted in underground ovens, tahona crushed, naturally fermented, and double distilled in small copper stills.
Tasting notes 👃
Built for concentrated flavor and a richer, fuller profile. Expect the rich, smoky depth that comes from several days of slow roasting in traditional underground ovens, then natural fermentation that shapes each batch’s character.
About Pinchudo Mezcal 🤝
Pinchudo started with a bottle shared between friends and a story about Jeronimo and the steep hills of Oaxaca. They work with Jeronimo, a third generation maestro mezcalero, and reinvest in his autonomy. One result was funding machinery for his own bottling and labeling facility.
