A spiced rum built on a blend of Caribbean rums from West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados, Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos in the Dominican Republic and Demerara Distillers in Guyana. The column-distilled base provides a balanced foundation for the spice blend — vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, aniseed and coriander — to come through cleanly.
Tasting notes: Dark reddish-brown in the glass, the colour of cinnamon bark. The nose leads with rich vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg — forward but notably soft. On the palate, vanilla and caramel open the profile, with enough spice weight to carry through cola serves and classic cocktail builds.
