Same dual agave base from the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, same slow cooking and long fermentation, then careful ageing that adds warmth, depth and elegance. Fresh agave and oak sit in balance rather than one burying the other, so it works neat and in stirred drinks.

Tasting notes 🥃

The citrus and herbal agave character is still there, now softened and rounded by vanilla, honey and gentle baking spices from the barrel. Slow cooked agave sits underneath with caramelised sweetness, while time in oak brings smooth texture and layered complexity. Finishes warm and soft with a lingering spice.
