Unaged, 100% blue agave, and built on a blend of highland and lowland agave from beautiful Jalisco. Slow cooking in stone ovens brings caramelised depth, while an extended fermentation adds smoothness before double distillation. A blanco with genuine complexity rather than just bite, which makes it as easy to pour neat as it is to mix.

Tasting notes 🍋

Bright citrus and tropical fruit from the highland agave, balanced by earthy, herbal undertones from the lowland. Slow cooked agave brings caramelised sweetness and roasted depth, and the extended fermentation adds refinement. Layers of fruit, herbs and cooked agave, finishing clean and pure with a peppery kick.
