Spirit of Hven's Sloe Gin, Local Harvest, is a unique blend of carefully selected sloe berries, organic gin, and a touch of cassia bark. After 3-6 months of maceration, half is filtered while the rest is distilled with the berries in copper pot stills. The result? A crystal-clear, fruity spirit with almond notes, balanced with cranberry juice, gin, and sugar for a perfectly refined taste.

Flavor profile 🍓
The initial aroma invites to a cornucopia of ripe berries, dark fruits and caramelized grapes. Followed by rich aromas of vanilla, almond and a light herbaceous character. The bouquet unfolds with flowers, fruit, elegant juniper berries and subtle citrus notes.
