Spirit of Hven Organic Gin is an authentic, handcrafted distilled gin, created with care and dedication on the island of Hven in Øresund. The unique distillation process, from grain to bottle, is carried out with the finest organic botanicals in characteristic Hven copper stills.

Flavor profile 🍸
The gin presents an enchanting symphony of flavors. Clear lemon notes, soft Mauritian bourbon vanilla and cassia bark create a soft and complex character. Fresh Swedish juniper adds a roundness, balanced by cardamom and calamus root. Structure and edge are achieved with Sichuan pepper, anise and Guinea pepper. The surprisingly long aftertaste is rounded off with subtle hints of licorice and cut hay.
