Tasting notes 👃
Sweet barbecue smoke and honeyed woodsmoke on the nose, with rich, earthy peat and a lift of fresh lemon peel. The palate is heavy with peat and sea salt, softened by honeyed sweetness and a touch of pepper. The finish brings exotic spice and a surprising tang of mandarin, fading to lingering peat. Big and smoky, but with enough sweetness and citrus to keep it balanced.
