Hvonn Akvavit is distilled in Vestmanna, Faroe Islands. They build it on classic caraway seeds and add Hvonn (Angelica archangelica), linking Nordic akvavit tradition with a distinctly Faroese botanical edge.

Akvavit style with a clear caraway drive. Expect aromatic spice up front, followed by herbal depth from Hvonn (angelica). On the palate it leans clean and savoury, finishing with lingering warm spice and lifted botanicals.

Faer Isles Distillery is run by enthusiasts driven by flavour and spirits, rooted in local botanicals and culinary traditions. The founders are Bjarni Lamhauge, Dánial Hoydal and Bogi Mouritsen, and their whisky setup is built with Scottish equipment from LH Stainless/Speyside Copper Works.
