Volée was born from the cherished memories of Jakob and Benjamin's summer visits to La Croix-Valmer. Inspired by a homemade aperitif from their friends' garden, they recreated this 1972 family recipe in Berlin. Volée, named after the peacock Gustave from the Jardin du Paradis, embodies the spirit of friendship and tradition. C’est parfait, c’est Volée!
