Just Booch was born from a spark lit in San Francisco, where the founders discovered hard kombucha—cleaner, bolder, and more sustainable than traditional alcoholic drinks. What started as curiosity quickly became obsession: tasting every can, switching restaurants just to find the next booch. Back in Europe, the gap was obvious—no one was doing hard kombucha justice. So they decided to change that. After nearly two years of brewing, refining, and fermenting, Just Booch launched as Sweden’s first hard kombucha brand in June 2024 with its debut flavour: Grapefruit + Hibiscus.
Crafted in Uppsala, Sweden, Just Booch is a modern, double-fermented take on drinking better—naturally low in sugar, full of flavour, and made for those who stand out. Just Booch delivers a clean, complex and refreshingly dry alternative to beer, wine and seltzer.
