TopHat Pink Gin

A pink gin expression built on the same London Dry base as the original TopHat — distilled with water from the Veluwe national park in the Netherlands and using exclusively fresh lemons rather than dried peel for a brighter, cleaner citrus character. The pink comes from natural strawberry, which adds a subtle berry sweetness and a soft blush colour without tipping the gin into confectionery territory. The juniper backbone of the original remains intact, with fragrant pine, lavender and violet still present on the nose, now lifted by ripe strawberry. The palate balances the original's coriander and sage warmth with the fruit's natural sweetness, while the finish retains the liquorice, black pepper and spice signature of the house style. A pink gin with genuine London Dry structure underneath — fruit-forward but never frivolous. Serve in a G&T with fresh strawberries and a sprig of mint, or over ice with a light tonic.
