Sir Bonnet Gold Spice

A golden spiced rum made for the bar. It uses the same Caribbean rum and natural spices as the Sir Bonnet range, but it's balanced for mixing rather than sipping. It's drier and more spice-driven than the flavoured expressions, with warm vanilla, cinnamon and a touch of orange peel that cut through mixers instead of disappearing. It holds its own in a rum & cola, a Dark 'n' Stormy, a spiced Mojito or a rum punch, and works as a base for house cocktails where you need consistency at volume.
