This dry, multi-layered wine features dark berry aromas, earthy wood, and forest floor notes, with hints of dark cherry and fig leaf. Best served at 58°F in a Burgundy glass, and decanted for 1-2 hours. Pairs perfectly with umami-rich dishes, grilled meats, smoked vegetables, and classic pasta or pizza.
