Stella Nova Oak Gin is an exclusive fusion of carefully distilled gin and exquisite oak casks, some previously inhabited by the finest Single Malt. The unique recipe consists of five carefully measured parts, assembled in their signature solera system, where only 1/5 of the volume is tapped off at a time and replaced with new gin. This creates unparalleled elegance and ensures lasting quality:

• 6.5% Spirit of Hven Organic Gin, The Original; resting ten years on charred virgin casks of Quercus Muehlenbergii.
• 7.3% Spirit of Hven Organic Gin, The Original; resting eight years in toasted virgin Quercus Petraea casks.
• 8.8% Spirit of Hven Organic Gin, The Original; resting three years in Quercus Muehlenbergii casks, emptied of Spirit of Hven Single Malt Whiskey without grape.
• 8.8% Spirit of Hven Organic Gin, The Original; resting three years in Quercus Muehlenbergii casks, freshly emptied of Spirit of Hven peated Single Malt Whisky.
• 68.8% Spirit of Hven Organic Navy Strength Gin; resting six months in Quercus Muehlenbergii casks, formerly home to Spirit of Hven Organic Vodka.

After the solera process, the gin is carefully transferred to the aeration and filtration system, where it achieves ultra-smoothness and a crystal-clear amber sheen.

Flavor profile 🍸
The first fragrance opens with a light, fresh citrus note from fresh lemons and an elegant floral and spicy note from Kefir lime. Then a wonderful vanilla-marinated juniper aroma unfolds, accompanied by distinct notes of pine and elderflower.
