About the Product 🌿
Nàdar Vodka is the world’s first climate-positive vodka, made from peas and developed through a unique blend of agricultural science and distilling innovation. The name Nàdar means "nature" in Gaelic, highlighting its strong environmental focus. With a carbon footprint of less than -1.53kg CO₂e per bottle, the spirit avoids more emissions than it produces. The use of peas eliminates the need for synthetic fertilisers and supports more sustainable farming systems.
Tasting Profile 🍸
Unlike many neutral vodkas, Nàdar retains delicate flavour nuances thanks to Arbikie’s full control over its base spirit production. The result is a distinctive vodka with a vibrant, spicy palate and a contrasting floral nose. Notes of crushed white pepper add complexity without overpowering the spirit. It delivers a bold flavour profile while remaining smooth and balanced.
