ISLE OF SKYE 25 YO is a high malt blended Scotch built from mature whiskies from Skye and mainland Scotland, aged in former bourbon and sherry casks. It took Best Overall Blended Scotch Whisky at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, a “Worlds Best Blended Scotch Whisky” level win in a blind field of 1,500+ entries.
Tasting notes 👃
Nose: rich oak, ginger, vanilla, red apple and citrus.
Palate: rounded fruit with malt and apple, plus light peat smoke.
Finish: long and balanced, with a hint of apricot.
