Light straw in colour, the nose opens vegetal with marinated olives before shifting to candle wax, hickory bacon, and fresh mint tea. Over time, the peat intensifies as the mint evolves into sweet citrus. On the palate: sizzling wet logs, chimney smoke, and a finish that lingers long. With water, it turns aromatic, ashy, and creamy.
