Barrell Seagrass is a cask strength rye blend, with components finished separately in Martinique rhum, Madeira and apricot brandy casks. It’s built to spotlight grassy, oceanside rye character, then layer in opulence and spice from the finishing barrels. Double Gold at SFWSC in 2021 and 2023

Appearance: pale tawny.
Nose: honeydew, plum, ripe apricot, sea like salinity, tarragon, elderflower.
Palate: pear, lychee, white grapefruit, then cinnamon, rosemary, fennel seed, rosehip.
Finish: clean, with camphor, chalk dust, scorched earth.
