Barrell Bourbon Batch 36 is a cask strength blend of straight bourbon whiskeys from Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana, bottled in Kentucky at 114.44 proof. The blend components and derived mash bill are clearly stated, and Batch 036 has earned top ratings and medals.
Tasting notes 👃
Nose shows honey, fresh citrus, cherry jam and snickerdoodles, with Kuromitsu, chocolate mint and cinchona bark. Palate brings caramel, cherry cola, pecan pie and chocolate torte, then citrus zest, cherry cordial, pepper, cardamom and cinnamon. Finish: cinnamon, white pepper, citrus zest and cherry.
