Imagine this: you want to buy something that doesn't even exist yet... That is exactly what happened to us when we wanted to buy a simple lavender aperitif in the South of France. Nothing to be found. Alright then — if not straight from the farmer's field, then we would look online. Again, nothing. Surely it cannot be that there is no lavender liqueur anywhere in the world? Well, yes, it can. It simply did not exist. We are great lovers of the aperitif — the spritz in particular — and big fans of the Provence. Soap, home fragrance, the garden? Lavender everywhere. So, we couldn't live with the fact that no lavender drink existed. That is how we set out to bring Lav'a Belle to life.
