It’s matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, all selected from the distillery’s coastal maturation warehouse in County Kerry. Crafted in small batches, this is an Irish whiskey with depth, structure and a smooth, versatile profile.

Tasting notes 🥃
This Irish whiskey opens with honeyed malt, dried fruit and vanilla on the nose. The palate brings silky sherry sweetness, spiced nuts, caramel and dark chocolate. A long, warming finish lingers with gentle spice and a whisper of sea salt. A well-rounded, structured dram with coastal complexity.
