Red Earl Blended Irish Whiskey is a harmonious marriage of ex-bourbon-barreled grain Irish whiskey and ex-sherry triple distilled malt, aged for 45 months and further matured in ex-Rioja casks for a minimum of 4 months. This whiskey entices with subtle hints of cherry, strawberry, rose petal, and citrus, layered on marzipan, almond, and oak notes. The Rioja wine cask imparts a color reminiscent of fine Rosé wine. On the palate, expect satisfying blends of toffee, vanilla, and toasted almonds complemented by delightful notes of cinnamon and clove, characteristic of spicy Riojas.
