Made sustainably with only three hand-picked botanicals—juniper, rosehips, and Douglas fir—it captures the true essence of Speyside. Each bottle is distilled, bottled, and labeled in-house with pure Cairngorms spring water.

Tasting notes 🌲
The nose is resinous and fresh, like a winter walk in the forest, unfolding into notes of grapefruit, peach, and a hint of aniseed. The palate is warm and creamy, with peppery juniper, a rich olive oil texture, and a subtle vanilla creaminess. Perfectly balanced, it’s powerful enough to be enjoyed neat or as a dry martini to savor its unique character.
