Chai Spiced Scottish Gin (70cl, 41% ABV) is the world’s first Oolong white tea infused gin. It’s built to sip neat or mix, balancing strong Assam Oolong with sweet juniper, then layering in chai-style botanicals for a rich, travel-inspired twist.

On the nose: bright orange zest and floral lift.
Palate: deep yet delicate Oolong and juniper, followed by sweet, luxurious spice notes. Chai warmth is present, but designed to stay balanced rather than hot.
About Rutland Square Spirits 🏴
Rutland Square Spirits takes its name from Rutland Square in Edinburgh, home to the Indian Consulate, nodding to Scottish and Indian heritage. Their gin is distilled at Summerhall Distillery in Edinburgh using the London Dry method, in small batches by expert Scottish distillers.
